Shipping Policy

The majority of orders are processed and dispatched within 36 hours of purchase.

If your order has not been dispatched within this timeframe, please contact our support team. In most cases, delays are due to stock availability or backordered items.

All Lucent Labs products are manufactured domestically in a US-based, GMP-certified facility. We do not outsource production overseas — every bottle you receive was produced and quality-controlled on American soil.

All residential orders within the United States are shipped via FedEx 2-Day Air.

Once an order has been dispatched and handed off to FedEx, Lucent Labs is no longer responsible for shipping transit times.

While we are not liable for delays caused by the carrier, we are happy to assist by contacting our FedEx representative to help investigate delayed shipments when possible.

Lucent Labs is not responsible for packages that are lost, delayed, or damaged during transit by FedEx.

Shipping protection must be selected at checkout for coverage. Orders without shipping protection are not eligible for reimbursement or replacement in the event of loss, delay, or damage.

If your order does not arrive within 30 days of your confirmed ship date, you are eligible for a full refund.

To initiate a refund under this policy, contact our support team at support@lucentlabs.example with your order number and confirmed ship date. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of verification.

This guarantee applies to non-arrival only. For lost or damaged packages, shipping protection must have been selected at checkout.

By placing an order with Lucent Labs, you acknowledge and agree that once your package is transferred to FedEx, all liability related to shipping, delivery delays, or transit damage transfers to the carrier.
